Nothing comes harder to accept more than change. Whenthose who had savoured applause for what they didn't accomplish, only to be asked to do the job, such task always is difficult to accept. Policy authorities in Nigeria have been challenged to make actionable every statement made in the past '"to guarantee food for all” but it seems that responsibility is hard to accept. Nonetheless, successive governments have reeled out statistics on how they helped secure food for the people in spite of obvious facts that majority of Nigeria citizens are in dire need of food.
